The Problem: 
Despite significant ties between performing arts education and cognitive, academic and community outcomes, the median performing arts professional suffers an income deficit of approximately 28%. These economic disparities lead to systemic failures in the Twin Cities’ rich performing arts community, ultimately denying students from Pre K to adulthood the high quality, sustainable instruction they deserve.

Mosaic Performing Arts is dedicated to helping 
underemployed performers and artists gain skills and experience through 
teaching opportunities, enabling them to monetize their craft and build a successful career.
