About Us

The Problem:
Despite significant ties between performing arts education and cognitive, academic and community outcomes, the median performing arts professional suffers an income deficit of approximately 28%. These economic disparities lead to systemic failures in the Twin Cities’ rich performing arts community, ultimately denying students from Pre K to adulthood the high quality, sustainable instruction they deserve. 

Our Mission:

Mosaic Performing Arts is dedicated to helping underemployed performers and artists gain skills and experience through teaching opportunities, enabling them to monetize their craft and build a successful career.

We envision a world where the performing arts as a safe, sustainable, and empowering career path for young artists.
