Group and Private Lesson Agreement

Payment

$100/month of lessons

Payments for the month will be due by the first of the month.

Pay by credit card via your TeachWorks account, or by check.

Instructor Selection

Each student is matched with an instructor that can best fit your scheduling and expertise needs. Instructors can be requested, but are not guaranteed. 

Allotted Lessons Per Semester

Each semester’s tuition includes a set number of lessons. 

Summer Semester: 11 Lessons ($300 total tuition, over the course of 3 months)

June 9, 2025-August 22, 2025

Fall Semester: 14 Lessons ($400 total tuition, over the course of 4 months)

September 9, 2025 - December 19, 2025

Thanksgiving Break: November 24-28, 2025

Spring Semester: 20 Lessons ($500 total tuition, over the course of 5 months)

January 5, 2026 - May 29, 2026

Spring Break: March 16-20th, 2026


Cancellation Policy

“Excused” Cancellation: Cancellation communicated 48 hrs in advance

Instructor will coordinate a makeup lesson on another day that week, OR on our studio wide make-up day. This date will be communicated on the first day of lessons each semester. 

Lessons canceled the day of due to sickness are considered on a case by case basis. 

“Unexcused” Cancellation: Cancellation communicated within 48 hrs

If you do not notify us of your absence (no call, no show) or cancel within 48 hrs due to a scheduling error, this is considered an unexcused absence, and a makeup will not be offered. (Rescheduling or use of the make-up day is up to the discretion of your instructor, but is not required of them.)

Instructor Cancellation: In the event your instructor needs to cancel/reschedule, there will be no penalty. 

Late Policy

If a student arrives late for their scheduled lesson, the lesson may still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee may still apply.

Ring Camera Use

Some lesson spaces/studios are equipped with a Ring Camera for the safety of our students and instructors. Footage is stored for 80 days. In the event of any concerns during lesson time, please email info@mosaicperformingarts.com 

Showcase Performances

Showcases are hosted periodically throughout the school year. Mark your calendars for the date listed on our Private Lesson Portal. 

First Lesson

A parent or guardian is invited to join the student’s first lesson to take a look at the Voice Lesson Agreement, discuss expectations for the year, and connect with the student’s instructor for the semester! 

After the first lesson, parents are expected to wait outside of the studio during lesson time unless previously discussed and agreed upon with the instructor. 

Termination Policy

A minimum notice period of one month is required for termination of lessons. This allows us to adjust our scheduling and accommodate any necessary administrative tasks.

Please email your instructor and info@mosaicperformingarts. Please include your name, the student's name (if different), and the reason for termination, if comfortable sharing.

Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination of lessons. Failure to clear outstanding balances may result in delays or complications in processing the termination request.

In the event of termination, any unused lesson credits will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the student/parent and the instructor.

Refunds for prepaid lessons will be issued for any unused lessons beyond the notice period, excluding any applicable administrative fees or processing charges.

The final lesson will be scheduled based on mutual availability within the notice period, if desired. This allows for closure and an opportunity to address any final questions or concerns.

Discontinuation policy

In the event that a student exhibits persistent inappropriate behavior, as determined at the sole discretion of the instructor, the instructor reserves the right to terminate all further lessons with immediate effect. Paid lessons will not be reimbursed in such instances. Parents or guardians will be given one warning regarding the behavior of the student, after which termination of lessons may occur without further notice. 

Privacy Policy

All information including student names, ages, email, and payments will only be communicated via email and your secured Teachworks account.  If you have questions or concerns, contact us.
