The Patchwork Project
Mosaic's Professional Music Group
Most ensembles have a sound. The Patchwork Project has a purpose — and a name to match. Like the art form it's named after, it's made of different pieces: different musicians, different styles, different influences, all brought together with intention into something worth showing up for.
A professional ensemble of rotating, high-caliber musicians, the Patchwork Project was built around a simple idea: that music is one of the fastest ways to make a room full of strangers feel like a community. The style shifts depending on the audience — jazz, pop, soul, somewhere in between — but the purpose stays the same. To show up and make an event feel like it actually meant something.
The Patchwork Project is especially drawn to events with a cause behind them. Fundraisers, benefit concerts, community gatherings, school performances — the kind of moments where the music isn't just background noise but part of why people came. That same energy carries into corporate events and private gatherings too, because every room deserves to leave feeling a little more connected than when it walked in.
If you're building something worth celebrating, worth rallying around, or worth showing up for — the Patchwork Project would love to be part of it.

The offerings
Turnkey Fundraiser Concert
You have a cause. We have everything else. The Patchwork Project handles the planning, the music, and the execution — so you can stay focused on the people you're raising money for. Our flat rate scales with the size and scope of your event, and every dollar raised beyond that goes directly to your cause. No splitting proceeds, no complicated contracts. Just a great night of music that actually moves the needle.
Music at Your Next Event
Hiring the Patchwork Project isn't just good for your event — it's good for the work we do in the community. Choose your style, set the mood, and let us handle the rest. And if you want to go deeper than a performance, we offer optional add-ons like workshops and educational components for audiences who want more than just a great show.
Sponsor a Community Concert
Some of the best concerts are the ones with no barrier to entry. If you're a business, foundation, or individual who wants to invest in your community, sponsoring a Patchwork Project concert means covering the costs so the doors can open for free. Your support makes the room possible. We'll make sure the room is worth walking into.
School Partnership Program
Some of the best musical experiences happen in the moment a young musician realizes they're capable of something they didn't know was possible. The School Partnership Program pairs your student ensemble with Patchwork Project musicians for a daytime rehearsal session, then invites them to open that evening's public concert — sharing the stage, and the spotlight, with working professionals.
